EMB MIMAROPA holds oathtaking ceremony for newly appointed personnel
The Environmental Management Bureau – MIMAROPA held a virtual oath taking ceremony for its newly appointed employees Monday morning on October 26.
EMB MIMAROPA Regional Director Atty. Michael Drake Matias officiated and led the oath taking ceremony for Solid Waste Enforcers & Educators Team – Environmental Monitoring Officers (SWEET-EnMO) Jaylan Nocon, Nicaith Trisha Enrile, and Carl Anthony Lagan Madamag, who filled the three EMS I positions.
The ceremony was attended by Regional Executive Assitant Engr. Edna Quindoza and three Division Chiefs: Engr. Buena Fe Rioflorido of the Clearance and Permitting Division, Engr. Pablito Estorque, Jr. of the Environmental Monitoring and Enforcement Division, and Engr. Dan Goodwin Borja of the Finance and Administrative Division.
in their speeches, they congratulated the promoted employees and highlighted what is expected for every government officials. RD Matias also emphasized the obligations imposed in their oath of office and the importance of integrity in public service.
In line with the Executive Order No. 292 Section 40, all public officers and employees of the government shall, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
